Summer Workouts 2022
Hey Eagle Families! We wanted to share with you the schedule for all incoming Junior High and returning High School athletes. Workouts will begin on May 31st with Boys at the High School Gym and Girls at the Multi-purpose Complex. Workouts begin at 8 a.m. and end at 10 a.m. each day.
Boys will go to the Complex at 9 a.m. for weight training, so they will need to be picked up at the weight room. We will provide a bus to transport the athletes to the weight room.
Workout Schedule:
Tuesday - Friday / May 31st - June 3rd
Mon - Thurs / June 6th - 9th
Mon - Thurs / June 13th - 16th
Mon -Thurs / June 20th - 23rd
Mon - Thurs / June 27th - 30th
July 4th - 7th / NO WORKOUTS
Mon - Thurs / Jul 11th - 14th
Mon - Thurs / July 18th - 21st
July 25th - 28th / NO WORKOUTS
- Each week will consist of workouts every day, but Friday. The week we begin will be the only time we lift on a Friday.
- Athletes need to bring proper clothes and equipment to lift in, and also for the sport they will be practicing for.
- We will supply water, but they need to bring a water bottle for hydration.
These workouts are not mandatory, however, we highly encourage and recommend that our kids be at each and every one of the workouts. We believe by doing so, it supports a competitive and successful program. It benefits athletes to be in training, even during the summer.
That said, please know that we also never want to interfere with family vacations or travel plans. We request that when student athletes are in town, they be with us for summer training to get better, stronger. We want this to be our best summer yet and with the student athlete’s commitment (and our parents help), we can make this happen.
