TLCA Junior High has officially added "CyberPatriot" to our course list for 7-8th grade. We are excited for the 2022-2023 school year and all of the advancements in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
>>> What is "CyberPatriot" and why is it important?
CyberPatriot is the Air Force Association's National Youth Cyber Education Program, created to inspire K-12 students toward careers in cybersecurity or other science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) disciplines critical to our nation's future. Here students will gain the skills necessary to become proficient in their abilities to secure multiple types of software such as Ubunto and Windows. Students will learn to reenforce firewalls, update security software, and learn administrative duties as a part of this program as well.
